対向形マイクロ波クレーン接近防止センサ（標準型）マイクロロボ
MWS-CAS-2A/B

MWS-CAS-2形対向形クレーン接近検出センサはマイクロ波を使用した天井クレーン等の衝突を未然に防止する接近警報センサです。
同一レール上の2台のクレーンにそれぞれ対向して設置し、クレーンが互いに接近して、各々のセンサの検出エリアに進入すると互いに相手側より送信するマイクロ波を受信し接近警報信号を出します。悪環境下でも使用OK！

製品の特徴

免許が不要
無線局の免許が不要で免許申請の費用と手間が省けます。
構造がシンプル
一つのアンテナで送受信の両方ができるので小型で経済的です。
悪環境下でOK
マイクロ波は検出面の汚れや、付着物の層を透過し、しかも雨、風、雪、霧、ほこり、水蒸気にほとんど影響されません。
立体的検出エリア
送受信エリアは円錐形で検出エリアは送受信エリアがラップする範囲となります。
取り付け時の角度調整が簡単で角度ズレによる動作不良の心配がなく確実に接近検出ができます。
セットとセットが干渉しない
チャンネル番号を選択し、4組迄のマイクロロボを近接して設置できます。
受信レベルと感度の設定値表示付
15ヶのLEDの内1ヶを点灯させ受信レベルを15段階に表示します。一方15ヶのLEDの内1ヶを暗く点灯させ感度の設定値を表示します。設定値と受信レベルの余裕度が一目でわかるので調整やメンテナンスが簡単です。
屋外形
IP65相当の防滴構造です。
