4チャンネルデラックス形マイクロウェーブセンサレベルスイッチ
MWS-ST/SR-2

MWS-ST/SR-2形マイクロウェーブセンサは、マイクロ波を送信する、送波器とマイクロ波を受信する受波器よりなる、マイクロ波の高い透過力を利用した対向形の4チャンネル形レベルセンサです。送、受波器間に被検出物が堆積されると検出信号を出します。
強力な透過力で付着物を透過するので、悪環境もノープロブレムです。

製品の特徴

免許が不要
無線局の免許が不要で、免許申請の費用と手間が省けます。
強力な透過力
当社比3倍の検出距離を実現。溶融灰等の厚い付着物もやすやすと突き抜けます。
ビーム軸のずれがない
送、受信エリアは円錐形で、取付時のビーム軸の調整が不要で軸ずれによる誤動作がありません。
検出モード切替スイッチ付
遮断検出又は透過検出が選択できます。
セットとセットが干渉しない
チャンネル番号を選択し、4組迄のセンサを近接して設置できます。
受信レベルと感度の設定値表示付
15ヶのLEDの内1ヶを点灯させ受信レベルを15段階に表示します。一方15ヶのLEDの内1ヶを暗く点灯させ感度の設定値を表示します。設定値と受信レベルの余裕度が一目でわかるので調整やメンテナンスが簡単です。
のぞき窓付（オプション）
受信レベルと感度設定値が一目でわかるのぞき窓付。
φ27mmの小さい検出面で約100mの到達距離を実現
