測距形マイクロ波クレーン接近検出センサマイクロロボ
MWS-CAS-3-P

MWS-CAS-3-P形クレーン接近検出センサはマイクロ波を使用した天井クレーン等の衝突を未然に防止する接近警報センサです。
同一レール上の2台のクレーンにそれぞれセンサと反射板を対向して設置し、クレーンが互いに接近して、あらかじめ設定した減速、停止距離に進入すると減速、停止信号を出します。
全天候下で使用OK!

製品の特徴

免許が不要
無線局の免許が不要で、免許申請の費用と手間が省けます。
測距形、2出力
マイクロロボと反射板間の距離を測定する測距式なので、距離調整が簡単でしかも減速出力でクレーンを減速し、停止出力で停止できます。
アナログ出力付
測定距離をアナログ出力します。
悪環境下でOK
マイクロ波は検出面の汚れや、付着物の層を透過し、しかも雨、風、雪、霧、ほこり、水蒸気にほとんど影響されません。
ビーム軸ズレがない
送、受信ビームは円錐形でビーム軸調整が簡単で軸ズレによる動作不良がありません。
セットとセットが干渉しない
マイクロロボを近接して設置できます。
